Infrastructure
We have developed a general recognition for our solid expertise in all types of infrastructure construction projects, mainly road and rail, structuring contracts with the public sector, accompanying our clients in the development of projects and in possible differences or adverse circumstances that arise regularly in the construction of complex works of great dimension.
We have also generated a prolific ability in contractual claims, both in those that can be resolved amicably, as in those that impose contentious mechanisms to be channeled, either through the courts or alternative dispute resolution through arbitration and/or mediation.
On the other hand, we also have experience in the formation and management of Public Private Partnerships (APP), as a mechanism to promote the financing, structuring and management of large infrastructure projects.
